Most people arrive at fertility with a search history rather than a plan. The guide is for that point: the months of trying that have not worked yet, the wait for a first GP appointment, or the stretch after a referral where nothing seems to be happening and every website contradicts the last one.
It assumes no medical background and no diagnosis. It does not assume IVF. It is education, not medical advice, and it does not replace the clinician looking after you. The aim is narrower and more useful than that: to make the next appointment a better one.
