For occupational health practitioners

A practical guide to fertility treatment, for occupational health

Dr Sacha wrote Supporting Employees Through Fertility Treatment, an open-access guide for occupational health practitioners, published by iOH in April 2026. She launched it in an iOH webinar with Becky Kearns and Katie Rollings in June 2026.

She also runs a full-day workshop on women's reproductive health for occupational health practitioners with EOPH, on 3 February 2027.

OccuFertility

Of people who had fertility treatment in the past five years, 92% needed time off work (Totaljobs and the Fawcett Society, 2023).

OccuFertility turns a short check-in into three documents the employee controls: a one-page summary for their GP, a brief for their line manager and a referral note for occupational health. Employers who license it see anonymised group patterns only.

Dr Sacha is the founder. It is free for individuals, and employer pilots are open.
