Media & speaking
A GP who has lived the story she tells
Keynotes, panels, media commentary and workplace training, on fertility, IVF, hormonal health, fertility at work, and South Asian health equity.
Topics
What she speaks about
Fertility & IVF, honestly
What the evidence supports, what it doesn't, and how patients can navigate NHS and private pathways with confidence.
Fertility at work
The collision of treatment and career, employment rights, occupational health principles, and what employers get wrong. Grounded in her DOccMed.
South Asian health equity
Cultural silence, structural gaps, and clinically calibrated care for South Asian communities.
The doctor-patient double view
Ten years in the NHS; IVF, PCOS and endometriosis as a patient. What each side can't see about the other.
What an audience gets
The view from both sides of the desk
Most fertility talks are given by a clinician or by someone with lived experience. Dr Sacha is both, and the talks work because of the overlap. She can explain why a referral threshold exists and, in the same sentence, what it feels like to sit on the wrong side of one.
She is an NHS-trained GP with a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, which means she can speak to the point where hormonal health and working life collide: the appointments people hide from managers, the treatment cycles that do not fit annual leave, and the reasonable adjustments most organisations have never considered. She has written the first dedicated published guidance for occupational health practitioners on fertility, and has been quoted in the BMJ, Marie Claire, Personnel Today and Health & Safety Matters.
Sessions are built for the room rather than delivered off the shelf. A conference audience of clinicians gets the evidence and the thresholds. An employer audience gets the practical policy questions and the cost of getting it wrong. A patient audience gets plain language and no jargon.
